Shipping Terms, Payment Methods, and Refund Policy

- Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days for orders over $200 CDN.
- Purchases are delivered in original packaging, contents will be in the same condition as they left the manufacturer.
THE TYPE OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT
Fireplace Hub accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
- Fireplace Hub features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the product has arrived at your location, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Replacement parts for fireplaces and website gift cards are non-returnable from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days to process.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you do not see the refund, continue to the following steps:
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted onto your statement.
- Next, contact your bank.
- If these do not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will send you the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
